About this apartment rental
This is a small apartment in a small house with two floors: a ground floor apartment, and a top floor apartment, this one: with a bedroom and living room, where there is a sofa bed, ideal for a couple or a couple with a child who wish to spend a few days by the beach, which is right in front, steps to relax mind and body in a local environment. From the apartment and terrace you have great views of the beach. There are many restaurants to enjoy the Malaga pescaíto.
This small apartment has a roof terrace (roof) of exclusive use. Mind the stairs to the terrace are steep. On the terrace there are two sun loungers, table and chairs for dining.
A microwave and everything needed for cooking. TV, Wi-fi ... towels, sheets, and everything you need to spend a few days are included.
Clients have to throw their own rubbish out to the containers, which are in are on the main street outside.
You also have to do your worn washing up, and leave cups, glasses, plates, etc., clean.
If any of these requirements, we Will take 20 eur off the deposit, thanks for your cooperation!
If you loose your key or get locked out, you would need top ay 20 eur to have someone come to open, thanks!

No oven ,no stove as advertised,but a 2 ring electric hob. Parking extremely difficult. Shower temperamental - excessively hot or freezing cold. Roof terrace excellent. Location superb and multi choice of restaurants although mostly only open at lunch time (Feb). Supermarket within walking distance. Ideal in summer - get taxi from airport - cost approx 20 euros. Wi fi excellent means you can watch TV in evening. Weather was unbelievably hot 23C for Feb for whole 4 weeks. If you have car watch out for disabled parking bays which are not marked very clearly.
