About this apartment rental
The apartment consists of a kitchen / dining area, a lounge with balcony, a double bedroom with balcony, a bathroom & a private roof terrace with sun loungers, table & chairs & sofa.
The kitchen is equipment with a 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge / freezer, sink and washing machine. There is cutlery & crockery for 4 people & pots & pans. There is a dining table & 4 chairs.
The lounge has a TV with USB & HDMI inputs, DVD player & satellite receiver, L shaped sofa bed (sheets & quilt provided), coffee table & is air-conditioned. A balcony from the lounge overlooks the pool.
The bathroom has toilet, sink / vanity unit & walk in shower. Two sets of hand & bath towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided.
The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed with memory foam mattress topper, quilt & bed linen, a dresser unit, wardrobe with hanging & folding space. There is a balcony from the bedroom overlooking the rear of the complex.
Water & electricity is on a meter with a top up card.
There is no wi-fi as standard but a portable unit can be rented for a small additional cost - details available on application
The apartment is on a complex with a mix of holiday apartments & residents. If you're looking for a lively hotel with lots going on then this is definitely not for you, but if you want a quiet, relaxing break with your own space away from the hustle & bustle this is ideal. I would also say the resort itself is a little "tired" in places & not to UK standards, & there is often work going on in surrounding areas, but is comparable with similar properties in Sharm El Sheikh.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It has a well equipped kitchen which is great, and it is situated a ten minute walk from the beach. The entrance to the beach is located in between the Redsina and Rixos hotels. The entry to the beach costs 55 Egyptian pounds and includes the use of sunbeds and umbrellas. We would recommend the apartment to others. Andrew who manages the apartment was very helpful and informative. He picked us up at the airport and arranged drop off at an additional cost.

From start to finish both Lee (the owner) and Andrew (the manager) were brilliant. I can’t rate them highly enough. Great communications and really helpful advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone, it has everything that you would need and is located in a perfect location (everything is just a short stroll away). My favourite thing was the roof terrace, perfect for sun worshipers. Will definitely be returning. Thanks so much for everything
