The property was easy enough to find. It was very clean and neat. The staff was exceptional. The manager by day Mr Mazen was very friendly and helpful and the one by night Mr Araby was very helpful as well. Over all it was a very good experience and I can’t wait to repeat it next December..

Location location location, near everything yet very quiet and chill place… The Manager and the staff were very professional and helpful …shout out to ARABY for being really accommodating and welcoming

To be fair, the Apt didn’t have T.V, but honestly I think it was much better not having one…

Very good communication, they contacted me by WhatsApp in advance asking for the time of check in to prepare the room General appearance and vibes are good. I think it was a very good place to stay several years ago

I booked an apartment with 2 double beds and one sofa. Actually, we needed only 1 double bed as a couple. Instead, we received Aprt#10 with 3 single beds - all of them different height so we even could not combine it together. There is a small kitchen in studio with electrical stove included. Fun fact - there is no electrical socket for this device on the kitchen. They could rather install kettle and give some teabags instead. White walls are dirty from the hands or legs, no one tried to clean the wall after the leaking air conditioner... There is no any hanger or hook on the wall where you can leave your clothes or even a towel. The breakfast is classical oriental, but one of the poorest that we had here in the area. Jacuzzi pool on the roof was dirty in the morning 10am and didn’t work. Maybe I needed to run 2 levels down the stairs and ask to turn it on but I just decided to check out faster from this place. On every corner they stuck an Award label from the 2023. But 3 years have passed and all good service that they have is probably stayed in this year.
