About this cabin rental
My place is close to Garner State Park (3 Miles), Lost Maples Park, Frio River, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, & Uvalde. The famous three sisters (best driving roads in the USA) You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night.
Sleeps 2 – This cabin offers a queen size bed, shower, T.V., kitchen, heat & air, picnic table, BBQ grill, and 2 rocking chairs on a covered front porch.
This cabin includes the following:
Fully equipped kitchen with a small refrigerator, Plug in 2 burner stove, countertop oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils to prepare meals.
BBQ pit and picnic table with grilling utensils.
Covered front porch with patio furniture to sit, chit chat, read or just do absolutely nothing but enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country views!
Each bed has a quilt, pillow(s) and a mattress protector. You must BRING your own Towels, Sheets, & Pillowcases (Queen).
Free Wifi - Country Wifi is for basic texting b/c phone service is not always great. It is not intended for working or downloading music/movies.

This cabin does NOT include the following:
Trash bags, zip-lock bags, & paper products-*** but we do supply you with ONE of the following to get you started: toilet paper, paper towel roll, trash bag, coffee, & sugar.
Sheets & Towels – You must BRING your own Towels, Sheets, & Pillowcases (Queen).

This cabin stands up to it's name....so "COZY" and charming. Impressive cleanliness and very comfortable. The host was responsive and friendly. Checking in and out was so easy. Conveniently located to the quaint town of Leakey, Texas. We loved our stay and would recommend this little cabin to anyone!!

This cabin fully lives up to its name Cozy. It is small but beautiful. It is conveniently located of the highway and close to GSP. Great for a weekend getaway.

Good location. Easy to find. Good WiFi speed. Owner is well responsive.

This cabin needs lots of repair inside for example.. appliances are pretty old. AC cover needs to fixed. Bathroom sink faucet needs to be repaired or replaced. Not enough hot water for two to take bath. No shampoo or soap provided and was also not clearly informed to bring it along.
