Laterra is in a gated community and includes the World Golf Village Spa in the lobby, and a Resort Style pool. The King and Bear Amenity Center (a 5 minute walk) includes a heated Lap Pool, a Family Pool, several tennis courts, a playground, and a brand new fitness center. The famous King & Bear Golf Course is across the street...Champions Grille, in the King & Bear is open to the public.

Your studio is furnished with a new king bed, wifi, TV incl Netflix and Amazon, a sitting area, a private bath and a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave, kuerig, dishes and silverware etc. We supply sheets, towels, soap and shampoo.
Murabella Plaza is 1.5 miles away: contains 45 stores incl 10 restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a liquor store and more. In less than 30 minutes there are 5 beautiful beaches, historic Old Town, the World Golf Hall of Fame and so much more!

Host met us at the building which was nice. Great location for visiting someone at Westminster. Nice to have water and snacks provided as a start.

The beautiful property immediately showed off as we arrived at the grand entrance. We were then quickly joined by our host who provided us with a personal tour of the impressive property and amenities. Additionally, our host and hostess provided us a list of their favorite restaurants, service entities, etc. for our reference during the trip — we found these useful again and again. The accommodations were everything anticipated and more — the king size bed was comfortable; the linens top notch; and bath sheets were luxurious and much appreciated. The property was incredibly maintained, lush, and the pool area and pool were spectacular (nice beach towels were provided for our use during the stay). Restaurant and grocery store or just minutes away when needed.
