The unit was very nice. Well stocked with essentials. Full kitchen for a studio. Very well priced and located close to shopping and interstate. Communication with property manager very good and check in and out very easy.
We will definitely rebook this unit our next visit to St. Augustine.

This was our second time staying at Laterra. First time was an amazing one bedroom. This time a just as amazing studio. We were well versed on the gate entry and room key access from out first trip. That being said our hosts went above and beyond with all the information we would have needed. Unit is a very good size studio with a small but full size kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. Would stay in this unit again. Laterra and the amenities are really nice.

The studio was exceptionally clean. The towels were fresh and there were lots of them. The bed was comfortable and the a/c and fan worked great. Great amenities too - several pools on the premise and a great fitness center. I liked the security features as well - the QR code and guard for entry and the key fob for the elevator were appreciated safety features. The studio is located in a beautiful development that has lots of sidewalks for running or walking. Also close to any type of store you need - Publix, CVS and Walgreens about 5 minutes away.
