About this house rental
This beautiful house is located on Pickerel Lake in Burks Falls, just 15 minutes from highway 11.
The 6 acre property gives you a amazing Northern experience, Stunning Views, with lots of privacy and room to play! This spacious cottage offers lots of potential for your year round cottage rental from shallow water entry, to a level lot to play on the sand beach along with a small trail cut for walking. This one level ranch is easy to get around with a nice great room and extended family eating area.
The 6 bed room house sleeps 12 comfortably with High speed internet and TV and games room included. Read a book, take a stroll on the property and enjoy the peaceful outdoors.
Rental is for the full house with 6 bedroom include 2 king sized beds, 3 queens and a bedroom designed for kids with a single-over-double bunk bed plus an additional single bed.
Full kitchen, large living room plus a TV/games room. Towels and linens are provided.
In the winter, enjoy access to the snowmobile trail across the lake or even ice fishing on the lake. In the fall, enjoy spectacular fall colours and hiking on the property that includes both forest, wet land areas. Lots of places outside to enjoy the property, have a camp fire on the beach or around the fire-pit.
We supply lots of "toys" for you to enjoy including kayaks and paddle boards and canoe for the water.
Rental includes full use of the house. The property has many different spaces to enjoy. The house site, with expansive back yard and great view of the lake, a long dock and lots of room to play on the sandy beach.
As hosts, we are close by in Burks falls and just a phone call away if you need anything.

Overall it was a beautiful property and very clean. A large cottage to accommodate our 10 person family. It was a little unfortunate that the air hockey table wasn’t working, but Dave tried his best to try and help us fix it and communicated with us the whole time about it. Most of the beds were quite comfortable with the exception of 2 of them that sunk in the middle, however that’s sort of expected at a rental. We would definitely go back and Dave was an excellent host with great communication.

We absolutely loved everything about this cottage and property. It worked perfectly for our large group and was even better than we were expecting. Communication with the property owner through VRBO and through text message was easy and always a very quick response from him. Our family would love to return to this property.

This is a very large property. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances. We brought things we never used because the cottage contained all the routine things and then some. The water access was perfect for us. A very shallow entry. Our family members aged from 2 to 92, and we were able to enjoy the water together. It is a lovely location and one we hope to visit again.

The property was very impressive. Outside and inside was very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here as it has everything you need for a 7 - day holiday. We had 6 adults and 4 children with lots of room to spare. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. 10/10 in our books - Beautiful Cottage
