About this cottage rental
Newly Renovated - Waterfront year round cottage with outdoor hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, water trampoline, SUP boards, Lily Pad, Pedal Boat, Kayak, Canoe & lake toys in the popular Muskoka Lakes. Pontoon Boat available for added rental. The deck is an entertainers dream with plenty of lakefront seating & large outdoor long dining table for all your guests. Enjoy our 2 SUP boards, water trampoline, lily pad, kayak, canoe, pedal boat, lake tubes, kids splash pad & kids pool, water floaties. We have a pool table and ping pong table located in the basement. Our lawn games include XL Lawn Pong, Beersbie, and water football. The hot tub is a highlight year round! The campfire is overlooking the water's edge with Muskoka chairs and is a beautiful spot to relax. We also have an electric fireplace on the upper deck for your morning coffee or cozy night drinks overlooking the lake. We even supply towels/beach towels for all.
The cottage has stunning views, with various natural light windows, a fireplace for cooler nights, and 4 generously sized bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and white bedding throughout. There is a Queen sized self-inflating blow up mattress on property and extra pull out bed-couch, with 4 large couches for extra guests. Primary bedroom has King bed and Endy mattress & pillows, with en-suite bathroom, plus 2 additional bathrooms on the main floor and basement. The quiet & well built roads leading to the cottage is perfect for an easy drive in.

Additional: 1 plush queen blow up mattress for 2 guests, upper living room leather couch opens into a queen bed, 4 couches for additional guests, toddler bed, high chair and baby pack & play available on site).
Get your grilling recipes ready - lots of propane for bbq & our upper deck electric fireplace for late night vibes. Smart 70”+ TV located in main living room & 50” Smart TV in basement.
There is an LCBO & General Store within a 5 minute drive.
This cottage is in a fantastic location, has excellent cell service and fast wifi (Starlink)!
Our cottage is also family friendly, toddler paw patrol bed and mattress with sheet, foldable crib pack and play with mattress/sheet, high chair, and toys stored away ready for your kiddos arrival.
Situated on the largest of the smaller lakes (3 Mile Lake) in the hub of Muskoka, located 20 minutes to both Port Carling & Bracebridge. This vacation Muskoka paradise is the perfect spot to paddle-board, fish, kayak, swim, relax, have some laughs on the dock.. making some Muskoka memories and traditions. The swimming is spectacular, with a sandy beach with shallow entry leading to deeper water; perfect for small children. We are located on the deepest part of the lake, ideal for fishing off the end of the dock. Boats can be tied to our dock as well.

Had a great time at this cottage with the family. The multi-tier deck at the back of the house was an amazing way to spend the day and all the amenities provided by the owners meant for a great time.Was able to bring up our boat, leave it at the dock and take advantage of the lake which was a perfect size for tubing and cruising around and not too busy.

Just wanted to thank our wonderful hosts. The cottage was perfect. The renovations are beautiful. The property is top notch. We enjoyed the water toys, the beach and everything else the property had available. We also got some fishing in, enjoyed the fire pit and our kiddos loved the hot tub! Amenities are amazing and the cottage has just about anything you would need. Thank you thank you!!!!
