Newly renovated house sitting on a big lot welcomes you to enjoy on the front porch and back yard. High end finish with granite countertop and stainless steel appliance in the kitchen, ceiling lights in all common spaces. All rooms are good size with walking closet. Extra air bed available for the common space. Over 140+ TV channel with high speed internet. The home is located 6 miles from Bridgestone Arena in Downtown Nashville & 7 miles to the Airport! The permit number 2/018076990. There is another unit in the other side of the house with separate entrance for rental. The front yard and the driveway will be shared for parking.

Very nice place. The king bed sinks some in the middle so you roll together.

In the pictures, it showed 2 couches. One in the foyer when you walked in (looked like a futon), and one in the main living room that was a small black sectional. It fit our group perfectly. BUT when we arrived, the futon wasn't there. They'd left an air mattress but the air mattress only held air for about 15 minutes before beginning to deflate.
That was the only disappointing part of the trip. I wish we had known the futon was gone and we would've brought our own air mattress.

The host was very responsive to my questions. The house was clean, however there is very limited seating in the living room and the back deck was in disrepair. We wanted to sit outside more but their wasn’t enough chairs (3 and one broken).
