Welcome to Riverbend Ranch house! 4.5 acres in a quiet neighborhood just 25 min outside of Nashville. Over 500 ft of private beach frontage on the scenic Harpeth River surrounded by a large bluff. The large back yard offers beautiful views year round with lots of activities like bird/eagle watching, fishing, kayaking/tubing and relaxing in the sun. Pitch a beach chair and spend your days looking for shells and splashing in the water. Enjoy fireflies and music of owls and frogs in the summer evenings.

Made a quick trip to Nashville to attend our grand niece's high school graduation. We found the RiverBend Ranch and we are so glad we did! The home is amazing! The view of the Harpeth River from the deck was incredible and very relaxing. It was a great place to sit for our morning coffee and to watch the many birds that visited the bird feeders. Our family also enjoyed an evening on the deck with the fire pit after the graduation ceremony. The Ranch is a great place to relax and to visit. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed. Communications with Britton were excellent. He was very quick to respond to all correspondence. We can't wait to return and hope to be able to stay much longer than a quick weekend!
