Forget your worries in this serene private country home in Pleasant View, Tennessee.
Spread out in our 1,500 sq ft home located in a quiet culdesac on 2+ acres of peace and tranquillity, backing up to the woods w an ambient lighted outdoor dining area/fire pit. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full sized chef’s kitchen w dining area, w/d, large living room with Smart TV, & more.
The Space:
Centrally located between Nashville, Ashland City, Springfield, and Clarksville! This is an antique lover’s dream location.
Home Layout
Walk up the front steps past the gorgeous landscaping and enter into the foyer. Straight ahead is the spacious living room with reclining couches and smart TV.
Master Bedroom is directly to the left upon entry, with a plush king bed, walk in closet and en-suite bath w twin vanities and stunning soaking tub.
To the right of the front entrance is the hall with Bedrooms 2 and 3 and their shared full bath.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Sofabed that can be either a king pop up or two xl twins, dedicated work space
Bathroom: Vanity and handicap accessible toilet and shower.
The full sized chef’s kitchen and dining space are through the archway to the left of the living room, soaked in natural sunlight from the bay windows.
Walk past the laundry closet to find Bedroom 4: Twin over twin bunk bed, twin trundle, and office space.
Our outdoor patio space and backyard is where you’ll want to spend all your time. Grill out on our propane BBQ grill and dine at the outdoor table for 6. In the backyard we provide a fire pit with chairs for you to enjoy a nice evening fire- firewood provided!

This Pleasant View Home was spacious and had enough room for the 7 of us that stayed there. All of the beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials that we needed to cook with. Plenty of room for 4 large vehicles to park. In a quiet neighborhood but less than a 5 minute drive to get to grocery stores. This was a perfect house for our family to stay in. We will definitely stay again.

A group of friends stayed at the property for a long weekend after seeing Depeche Mode in concert. Very comfortable house in close proximity to Nashville.

Cannot speak highly enough of our stay. The house was perfect for what we needed. We all had our own space as well as a perfect common area. The communication with the property manager was outstanding. We reached out multiple times with questions, and each time was given a detailed response in such a timely manner. If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying here! Great area and a quiet neighborhood. Overall great experience.
