New apartment on the ground floor with a terrace of 60 m2 as brand new, consisting of 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes in both (1 double and 1 with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub and 1 with shower), fully independent kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils and living room with 43 "LED TV. Wifi throughout the house. High quality: armored door, hot and cold air conditioning throughout the house, white lacquered interior doors, tilt-and-turn windows. Ample parking space included. 200 mtrs. from the beach: Urbanization equipped with two paddle courts, swimming pool for adults and children with lifeguard open during the summer, sports area with football and basketball.

Great stay and great communications with host. We stayed in October so most days rained. But the apartment and Hosts were A! Caught bus to Valencia a couple times.

We spent two weeks in Canet in this lovely apartment. The apartment is part of a plot of apartments with communal areas. The beach is amazing (one of the best ones of the Comunidad Valenciana) and it is only few minutes away from the apartment. The apartment has a fantastic terrace where we had most of the meals and a communal swimming pool. The kids loved the swimming pool and it never felt too busy.
In summary, we really enjoyed the holiday and I will recommend it to anybody. Also Victor was very friendly and welcoming. Gracias Victor!

All that you need for a living you can find in the apartment, very clean and comfy, access on foot to near supermarket, food very good at the restaurants along the beach, an ideal place for a family with kids to have a holiday.The owner, Mr. Victor an admirable example of Spanish hospitality, welcomed us in a good English, making the entrance into the place more friendly. Verry practical to hire a car if you want to ease access to Valencia and surroundings.I warmly recommend this location for a holiday.

Brilliant property, all your needs and wants catered for. Victor has brilliant English and was really patient. This property is near the beach which is amazing, great for early morning walks, it's a pity they close the pool in September. The local supermarket stocked everything needed and at very reasonable prices. Thankyou for a relaxing stay. Would definitely book this property again.
