The Knoll is truly a gem. This was our first time staying at the Knoll during the summer, and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the river - kayaks, canoes, and life jackets are provided, and the Knoll is at a relatively quiet spot of the Delaware for launching. The hosts are wonderful, and the cabin is equipped with everything you could need. We can't wait to stay again!

Really awesome spot. Got to watch 2 bald eagles fish in the river together, hawks everywhere, super relaxing and nice get away.

Great little cabin near the riverfront. A short 2 minute walk to the river. Easy access if you want to kayak, swim or fish. Great bald eagle watching from the deck on the river. Lots of beds to sleep. Clean and comfortable cabin. Bathroom on main level not on sleeping level. Bring your own sheets as we missed that in the pdf and went to Walmart last minute. All and all comfortable and quiet stay. Relaxing.

We really enjoyed our time at the Knoll. Had everything we needed. Several different spaces to sit with family and take in nature. Hosts were helpful and responsive.
