A lovely modern home in the woods filled with windows and sunlight with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and a large wraparound deck facing a feisty stream. It has 10 beautiful acres of woods to wander on crisscrossing paths. Unplug and enjoy its large inspiring kitchen and lofty spaces stocked with albums, movies, books, art supplies, and instruments. It is a short 10-minute drive to outdoor adventures on the Delaware River and Sullivan county's hot spots including Narrowsburg, Callicoon, Bethel Woods Arts Center, Skinners Falls, gambling in Monticello and so much more. Enjoy antiquing, fishing, hunting, tubing, rafting, gambling, skiing, farmers markets - or do nothing but relax on the deck and wander in our delightful woods with a stream that never ceases to delight.

Lovely home ! We stayed for 2 nights, the house is very clean and has all you might need. Chris was quick to answer. The check out process was quick and easy. We loved the small creek in the property. The kitchen was very well stocked. They provide you movies and even a pair of binoculars to bird watch!

Had a fabulous time here—wonderful home and surroundings for myself and partner and pets, and every little thing seems to have been thought of. The trail through the woods across the stream was extra special. Chris was super helpful and responsive throughout.

This was my first time booking a vrbo, but the experience was amazing! We had a wonderful time here and loved the thought and detail put into furnishing the house. There were so many thoughtful touches in terms of decor and experience and we had a wonderful weekend. The environment around the house was also lovely, it was so beautiful to get to sit by the stream and watch the sun coming in through the trees. The house was clean and very well maintained. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

We had a lovely time! The home and property is gorgeous. Very clean and well kept. Great hiking and small town shopping in the area. We'll be coming back!
