Our riverfront home is located on a 1/3 mile of beachfront property along the scenic Upper Delaware River, between the Catskills and Pocono Mountains in Barryville, NY. As you enter the home, your eyes will be drawn through the living room to the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the vastness of unspoiled river and mountains. Outside is a large deck and manicured lawn with direct, private access to the pristine river. Boating, fishing, swimming and eagle watching are a few activities you can enjoy from the backyard. The best weekend ever at this place! Julius was so kind and told us about where to fish and what to do. The view is unbeatable. We had a great time!

Never disappointed staying at the house. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Being able to put tents up in the backyard is a plus. The river front fire pit provided my group the opportunity to sit around and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area, and see more stars than most people ever see. The fishing is good, the access to the river is on property, and the ability to see the local Bald Eagles, deer, and other animals is always a plus!

Julius is a great host and very friendly. I’ve stayed at his property 3 times and the family and I enjoy it so much each time. You can’t ask for a more beautiful property to stay on. Fishing, kayaking, campfires, grilling etc were all great. We even got to see a few shooting stars during our stay. Thanks again Julius!

The property is large, and the view is beautiful. However, do not stay during a heatwave because the AC is only in the bedrooms.
