We found this house to be as advertised. Nice neighborhood and close to both the falls area and Niagra on the Lake. House was clean and well maintained inside, the backyard could be be upgraded with covers for the swing and umbrella stand.The entry door to the area we stayed in is located in the backyard, which was kind of dark when we arrived after midnight. There was a flood light, so it was doable. The sidewalk to the back of the house is a little awkward being that it's stone and paver steps, vs the neighbor house which is concrete and much easier to use. The only negative would be that this is a duplex, and you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly through the walls. We would stay here again if in the area.
