Welcome to our modern, spacious vacation rental, featuring a stylish interior and a private backyard pool, all situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located just 15 minutes drive from the world-famous Niagara Falls and the charming downtown area of Niagara-on-the-Lake—one of Canada’s prettiest towns. Enjoy great wineries, restaurants, golf courses, and outlet shopping nearby, as well as a post office, grocery and hardware stores, and a park with a children’s playground.
Bring the whole family to this wonderful place, offering plenty of room for gathering and relaxing. With a modern and fresh interior, this spacious home is perfect for larger groups.

Maximum Capacity: Comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
Enjoy two living rooms, a game room downstairs, and a private office equipped with a desk and chairs. The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, cups, cookware, and essential cooking supplies.
The king bedroom features a balcony overlooking the beautiful green space and pool area, along with its own private full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom with a bathtub. There’s another full bathroom in the lower level, where you’ll find a daybed with a trundle (sleeps two), the office room, and a game table. A convenient powder room is also located on the main floor.
Guests can access the entire house except the garage.
Other details to note:
You must be 25 years or older to book this house. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including both overnight guests and visitors.
Please be aware that the Niagara-on-the-Lake noise bylaw is enforced 24/7. This means that at any time of day or night, guests cannot create excessive noise outside that may disturb the quiet neighborhood. This includes loud music, prolonged loud conversations, or yelling.
Bringing extra guests or visitors without informing the hosts, as well as hosting loud parties, will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
Pool Information:
The pool is open from June until September.
Enjoy full access to your private pool, which is not shared with others.
Please note that the pool is chlorine-based and does not have a heater. Water temperature will vary based on the weather.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: We strive to accommodate our guests’ early check-in requests. If we don’t have guests staying the night before, we can usually offer early check-in as early as you need. If there are guests checking out on the morning of your arrival, we can likely offer check-in around 3 PM at the latest. Unfortunately, we won’t know how early we can accommodate check-in until the day before your arrival, so please check in with us again then.
For check-out, we would appreciate it if you could leave by 11 AM, as our cleaning shifts are pre-scheduled. Thank you for your understanding!
Our TVs are smart TVs or equipped with streaming devices like Amazon Fire Stick or Roku. If you plan to watch sports events or games, please research how to stream live events on a smart TV before your trip, as you may need to purchase some subscriptions or apps.
Coffee Maker: We have a drip-style coffee maker, and we provide coffee, tea, sugar, powdered creamer, and coffee filters for your convenience. Enjoy!

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for everyone - 5 of us stayed for the weekend, and definitely space for more. Very clean, had everything we needed for a fabulous weekend. Walking distance to Ravine Vineyard where we had a delicious dinner. Fabulous coffee shop down the road too. Quick and lovely drive into Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Great location in the St. Davids area, close to some great restaurants and wineries. We had 6 people and the house had exactly what we needed 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped, though we would have preferred a pod coffee maker instead of the drip coffee maker. The pool was not open, but we weren’t there for the pool. Great proximity to Niagara Falls and NOTL. Definitely a place we’ll consider when travelling to the Niagara region again.

We really enjoyed the location, cleanliness and size of this property. We travelled with a baby and were looking forward to using the pool. The pool wasn't heated and did not have a solar blanket so the temperature didn't reach above 65 degrees (in August.) It was a bit disappointing it wasn't made clear in the ad.
