This was a quaint little property in the heart of St. David. It was close to delicious coffee and dining. The aesthetics of the place was wonderful. The property manager was fabulous, kind and quickly solved a miscommunication.

Had to contact the owner to get the entrance code, owner neglected to include code with initial email. When I spoke with him he spoke to me like child telling me to check the email, then he noticed that he did not include the code! The major issue with the property is the very steep stairs leading to the bedroom with the only washroom was on the main level! For a reasonable price it would be ok, but way overpriced!
