Overall great location and lovely owner. Very nicely decorated - peaceful. Washer and dryer were a big bonus. Parking was a challenge when we arrived back late. Fun activities and park nearby

This well-located apartment was exactly as pictured on the listing. The apartment was well furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. The owner went out of her way to accommodate every request we made. After staying in this apartment for 4 weeks, and immersing ourselves into the Montreal community, we would certainly return to this apartment the next time we have an opportunity to visit Montreal.

This rental has all you need and is very clean. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I was in Montreal for my mother's end of life and funeral. Karine was very accomodating and responded very quickly to any questions or requests I had. I had a two aunts who stayed with me the last two days and my daughter also joined me and we managed to be comfortable and made it work for us.
Both Karine and her friend Valerie, who looked after the rental the first few days of my arrival, are exceptional human beings. I highly recommend this apartment for the location, comfort, cleanliness, safety, and last but least, the price, which is outstanding for all that you get.
