Cozy & spacious 3 BDR condo

Appartement propre. Magnifique salle de bain. Grandes chambres et lits confortables. Situé proche du métro pour aller dans le centre de Montréal. Facilité de parquer dans la rue.

Très compliqué pour récupérer les clés. Aucune réponse à mon message écrit le matin pour signaler que nous avions pas reçu le code. Arrivés sur place personne! Appeler de nombreuse fois le numéro à notre disposition aucune réponse! Pour finir nous sommes allés sonner chez une voisine pour avoir des renseignements. Très gentille elle nous a aidé avec une autre voisine à trouvé un jeune homme qui avait le numéro du concierge. L'appartement à l'adresse communiquée était déjà occupé. Les propriétaire on plusieurs appartements sur plusieurs plateformes de location alors ça n'a pas l'air très au point. Heureusement celui du dessous était dispo et le concierge est venu au plus vite! Très peu de vaisselle et une seule grosse casserole. Insonorisation ave l'appartement du dessus pas génial

Great value and VERY clean with 3 comfortable spacious bedrooms. ~10min walk from Tim Hortons and both Cadillac and Assomption subway stops. Washer dryer made it nice to return home with clean clothes vs a pile of laundry.

Wasn't spending much time in accommodation so didn't mind but it's not ideal for several people that like to watch TV together because there is no seperate living room, although there is a couch and TV in the kitchen. Kitchen door could use a curtain to block the alley light from neighbour's house at night.

Great location, within close proximity to the Botanical Garden, Biodome, and Olympic venues. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchenette is well-equipped and convenient.

The main AC unit was not working, so there was no air conditioning in any of the rooms. The only cooling available was a small makeshift AC unit installed in the main hall. It took more than ~ 4 hours of continuous operation before the rooms became somewhat comfortable. Because of the excessive heat, we had a very short and uncomfortable night’s sleep, which unfortunately affected and ruined our plans for the following day. There were no curtains on the windows or doors in the main hall. Since we had to leave our room doors open for the AC to circulate, the early morning sunlight came and woke us up very early. We ended up getting hardly three hours of sleep after driving straight from Toronto, which made the experience even more exhausting.
