Disappointing communication and unacceptable check-in process The communication from the property needs to be significantly improved. They should inform guests at the time of booking that a security deposit is required. Due to a total lack of proactive communication and poorly automated procedures, I was left suspecting a potential fraud. Even though the full amount of the stay had already been charged to my credit card, I was denied access to the property and received no instructions until the following morning. As a result, I had to spend the entire night waiting in a hotel lobby until I could finally get a human response the next day. Very poor management and lack of respect for the guest.

some of the things like chairs are old and already broken but they leave them there so that they can retain your security deposit. the staff are also really rude and not helpful and are never around when you need help with something.
