The unique bunk room is perfect for kids, equipped with four twin beds, and there's a queen sleeper sofa available for additional guests.

The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. There is parking for a max of 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway in front of garage; no parking on neighborhood streets). STR License #018956.

The accommodations were well appointed and the location was excellent. We loved the ability to take the free Lift shuttle to areas surrounding Winter Park Resort. It should be noted that in order to use the shuttle from the Lakota neighborhood, you must call and request a pick up. We also noticed black mold growing in the ceiling of the master bedroom shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the home we stayed in. We also enjoyed the use of the hot tub.

We had a great stay in Winter Park. The house has gorgeous views of the ski runs and is convenient to the skin base and Main Street. We would stay again if we return to Winter Park!
