The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The unit includes parking for a max of 4 vehicles. The neighborhood does not allow street parking, trailer parking along the road or blocking other driveways, and fines will be imposed for non-compliance. STR License #022132

The house was wonderful and plenty of room for everyone! The only thing we came across was there was not enough or different kinds of pots and pans. The pans that were there are kind of old and the food would stick. There were not any big pans to put in the oven except the cookie sheet. Other then that the house was fabulous!!

This unit was great for our large family get away. We also rented the unit across the street and together they fit our big family perfectly! The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was an added bonus after a day of skiing. The best part of this unit is definitely the view of the mountain from the living room though. If you have elderly or disabled people, please note that everything requires stair and the living room/kitchen are on the 3rd level. Not a big deal for our group well described on the booking page, but worth mentioning again.

The overall experience was good and we enjoyed the house. The biggest problem we ran into was the fridge was not working upon arrival. I had made a call into the 1(800) number and was told to wait a few hours for it to cool down as the fridge was at if not higher then room temp. The fridge took more than 12 hours to cool down and unfortunately ruined some of our food that we brought up in which we had to throw away. Is there any sort of reimbursement for this inconvenience?
One of the beds also had potatoes chips under the sheets which was unfortunate. Although these couple of things weren’t ideal,we still did enjoy the overall experience.

We come to Winter Park to celebrate our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The house far exceeded our expectations!! The location was great because it was close to the base, but far enough to have some peace. The views were spectacular!! The house was very clean and felt like home. It was modern, well stocked and high end and I would highly recommend it!
