Bring your group to spread out across three levels of immaculately laid out bedrooms and bathrooms, plus two living areas, a MOVIE THEATRE room, a bubbling hot tub, oversized decks and so much more!
Style surrounds you as soon as you enter Lakota Summit. From the main level entrance, you'll be wrapped in mountain modern design with sweeping views of Winter Park Resort. The chef in your group will love the immaculate kitchen that opens up into the dining room & lounge. Warm up by the glowing fire or head out to the huge deck to take in the huge vistas around the outdoor firepit. Retreat to the Primary King Suite on this level, featuring a King bed, ensuite bathroom & deck access. Ready to explore more? Head downstairs to the middle level with a large second living room featuring all the amenities you could ask for - Smart TV, wet bar, Keurig coffee maker, wine fridge, huge couch, dining table for six, and access to another deck and bubbling hot tub. On this level, rest your head in the Second King Suite with ensuite bathroom or the Queen bedroom with a shared hall bathroom. And don't forget the movie theatre room that's ready for your next screening. Finally, the kids will love the lower level bunk room that features custom made bunk beds and innovative seating areas. Parents can sleep soundly in the Third King Suite on the lower level, just outside the bunk room and both rooms share a large bathroom. This is an incredible unit! Movie theater room, private Hot tub, gorgeous kitchen with everything you need for preparing wonderful meals for your family or friends, the VIEWS, main level Master for stair-challenged people like myself, garage with two parking spaces, and two additional parking spaces in the driveway! The layout of this unit was very thought out, and is perfect for large groups! Prior to arrival, we received a very welcoming text. Throughout our visit we received more texts, checking to see if we needed anything. There were some snacks and a welcome sign upon arrival. These couple of things were very thoughtful and made us feel so welcome. It also made us feel very at home in this unit. We stayed for 4 nights with our four adult children and their mates. There was enough separation (3 floors) for privacy when needed, and a very large kitchen table for coming together for games and meals. One of our sons said he would be willing to chip in (financially) if we could stay there again next year! That speaks volumes! We have our own condo at a different ski resort, so we know what it is to be treated well when renting. Thank you to the owners, the property management company! You all did an amazing job of making us feel welcome and at home! You can't ask for more than that in a rental! We would stay her again, in a hearbeat! Love this unit and location. Hands down, one of the best houses I have ever stayed in! Everything was spotless and very tastefully decorated… The beds were wonderful, including the bunkbeds which were very sturdy and everyone commented on how comfortable they were. We loved waking up every morning and having coffee on the deck, and loved the wonderful view of Winter Park. Had a blast watching the Olympics in the movie room and loved the hot tub as well… We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.!

We had a fabulous time at the Lakota home! The house was clean and very well stocked with supplies. Short walk to the free shuttle, worked well for our 5yr olds. Winter Park Lodging was very responsive to our special needs, we had a 1 year old that needed crib, high chair, and early check in.
We would definitely stay with Winter Park Lodging and at this Lakota location again!
