Off the touristic streams near the tuscan-umbrian border on a hilltop surrounded by the umbrian landscape is situated this charming farmhouse 'Casa Francesca'. Its breathtaking panoramic views over the hills and valleys are unique. The apartment 'Rosmarin' has been restored with a meticulous eye for detail thoughout. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils. You will enjoy the privacy of the pool or sitting on your terrace in the evening and watch the stars come out in full force. It is truly a haven to get away from the hustle and bustle of reality and find some peace. Despite the quiet and peace of the location it is an ideal starting point for day trips to the historical points such as Orvieto, Perugia, Siena, Assisi. You can reach Lago Bolsena and Lago Trasimeno in 45 minuts, both are worth visiting.

Having come back after three years, we found the wonderful Casa Francesca exactly as we hoped and remembered. Lovingly put together in every detail, carefully kept and organized. Here, one can truly find rest and quiet, on a spectacular Umbrian hilltop, at the gorgeous pool or on the terrace. The owner once more provided valuable advice as to where to go and what to see in the neighboring region, as for instance the marvelous Spoerri sculpture garden. For us, this was again the essence of holiday, and we have recommended it ever since to friends and family.
