Once confirmed booking with us, we will send a link to pay for parking permit which is $40 with convenience fee per stay roughly round 42-43 dollars.
Our Condo 206 is spacious and equipped for up to 4 people, but has an adequate sleeping space for Max of 4 adults or 2 adults with two young child under 12. Kids over 12 r considered as adults and will require to wear resort wrist bands and additional fee may apply. Please reach out if there is any questions.
Other condo 305-- listing number 1611316- sleeps four as well, max of 3 adults. U can also take a look as well if there are not any available dates in 206.
** RARE Find ** Reserved parking is right outside of building skyway entryway. There will be no need to find parking space during summer season. Your family can also skip the elevators as needed to avoid crowd and wait time and we have added seasonal beach chairs with Go Beaching company from March to Oct 2026 This is possible saving of up to 55 dollars/day. We just finished our third stay at Majestic Beach Resort, and overall it was another solid trip. Our unit was mostly clean upon arrival, though we did need to do a bit of extra cleaning—vacuuming some drawers and under furniture where sand and dust had built up. It had most of the essentials for a week, but a pasta strainer and a couple of bath mats would improve convenience and safety. The coffee maker options were good, but the cups were very small. One ongoing issue we’ve experienced is the dryer—it struggled even with small loads and often needed two to three cycles. The master bedroom faced the road, and between traffic noise, police sirens, and constantly cycling dehumidifier, my sleep was often disrupted. Parking registration is an extra 40. The resort grounds are well maintained, which keeps us coming back, and the included beach chairs are a great perk. The pools were clean but heavily chlorinated, which irritated our eyes. Elevator wait times were long, so we often took the stairs. While the resort feels safe and family-friendly, the surrounding area changes quickly. A strong police presence was observed on the beach and on the strip - ALOT more police activity than previous years.
