About this house rental
Location:
In the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, on the wine route, close to the historic center of Kaysersberg.
The house is built on 2 floors and was completely renovated in 2008. It enjoys a North / South exposure.
You will be close to the restaurants and shops of Kaysersberg.
Private parking is available at the property.
The House :
Ground floor :
It has an entrance, an independent toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen open to a living / dining room.
1st floor:
A release, a bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a second separate toilet.
The living room / stay is exposed full South. Very bright, it has a tiled floor and paint on the walls. It offers a nice view of the garden thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden and the terrace.
In this room you will find two sofas, a coffee table, a TV stand, a dining table with 6 chairs, a TV, a DVD player, board games, documentation on the activities and tourist sites of the region. to discover.
You can enjoy at leisure the free Wi-Fi connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, etc.)
All the necessary cleaning is also available.
The bedroom on the ground floor (facing north) has a double bed 140 * 200, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe.
The master bedroom, on the 1st floor (facing south) has a large double bed (160x200), 2 bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe with a wardrobe and a child's bed. The floor is parquet.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have 1 single bed (90 * 200). Parquet floor also.
Each bed is equipped with a sheet, a pillow per person, and a blanket.
The bathroom includes a piece of furniture with basin and drawers, a mirror, a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board also at your disposal.

After visiting the Alsace a few times now, we wanted to find a property that would provide us walking access to a picturesque village with restaurants and bars, to have a space where we could sit outside and enjoy views, but have privacy, to be able to park our car very close, and to stay in a Gite that provided all the mod-cons and comfort that we are used to.
Paquerettes seemed to meet all those requirements from the listing, and didn't disappoint in reality.
We enjoyed many breakfasts and evening meals sitting outside enjoying the Alsace air. We had all the washing, cooking and cleaning equipment we needed. Décor was thoughtfully done - shows it is cared for.
And Mdm Bresson was very helpful and hospitable.
We very much enjoyed our 2 weeks stay!

Everything we needed was in the house. The garden was great for the child. There was even a box of toys. The village was minutes away and the supermarket well within walking distance. We intend returning next year

Overall I would recommend this property- good value and great location. Improvements would be updated toaster and bedding. We would all use this property again
