About this house rental
This character cottage offers an ideal living environment for your holiday. The first floor will lead you to 4 bedrooms, all decorated with refinement. Beds made on arrival. Linen and towels provided.
1. The "Spring" room with a view of the fountain in the square is equipped with a double bed 160 cm and a TV
2. The room "Winter" offers guests a bed 140 and a 90 bed in a cozy mountain
3. The room "Autumn" has 2 beds 90 modular at will
4. and finally the "Summer" room with a bed of 140 will charm you with its turquoise colors.
Two bathrooms (each with a hairdryer), with shower and double sinks for a large corner bath and the other will allow you to relax in serenity. The house has 2 toilets including one independent.
2nd floor, you will discover a beautiful lounge / dining room with large volumes and exposed beams, a reading area and a small outside balcony, 2 chairs arranged on both sides. On the same floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen (4 induction burners, 2 gas burners, microwave, Traditional sliding oven, kettle, raclette and multi-party crepe, toaster, coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher and American fridge) in original green case.
On the ground floor, finally, you have a fully equipped laundry with iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer. In Part 2, you will also be able to store your bikes or skis depending on the season.
A selection of books for adults and children, board games, DVD / AUDIO well as a second TV is available in the lounge.
On arrival, a personal welcome awaits you. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a personalized presentation of vineyard managed by the owner in organic farming and of course a tasting!

The house was wonderful, very fully equipped and cozy. We were with a group of 6 friends (in our thirties) and it had everything we wanted. Also the location was great: walking distance from many domaines and villages and driving distance from many nice attractions and places. Hiking in the area is amazing!

Awesome location, quiet, comfortable, spacious, extremely well equipped. Manager was very helpful with advice on local wineries etc. Great restaurant across the street.

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvie's place! We had 4 adults and two children and there was plenty of room! Check in was easy and there was plenth of parking. Sylvie was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend Sylvie's place!

The place is very clean which was great. The beds were comfortable and larger than most in France. The kitchen was nice & had everything we needed. Our hosts even left us a bottle of their wine to welcome us. The area was quaint, quiet and beautiful.
The dryer was out of order which was an issue for us because we had already been traveling for 2 weeks prior. If we would have been informed we could have made other arrangements but we did not know until we arrived to a note on the dryer.
There were also a lot of narrow stairs. We were traveling with my husbands 80 year old parents so that was a bit difficult. Both had fallen on them during our stay. Luckily there were no major injuries.
I also thought with the description that it was located in Kaysersberg city center that we would be able to walk to an area with food and drinks. That was not the case. We had to drive to Kayserberb. The flat was in Another little town.
As a whole, it was a nice place.
