About this villa rental
The house is part of an elegant residential complex, in a quiet and peaceful area where you can enjoy the most complete relaxation between sea and mountains, ideal for families with children. A few minutes walk from the center of Villasimius, two hundred meters from the most equipped and convenient supermarket, it is five minutes by car from the marina, the golf course and the best beaches in the area: Campus, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Cava Usai, Santa Caterina, Santo Stefano, Rice beach, Cala Pira, Simius and Porto Luna.
Recently built, the house is built with high quality materials and high quality finishes.
Equipped with a garden with barbecue and covered outdoor loggia, it is ideal for having lunch and dinner in the open air; in the garden there is also a large outdoor shower with hot water as well as a closed parking space with electric gate.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchenette and bathroom (plus washing machine).
On the first floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one double and one with two double beds.
Possibility of access to the condominium swimming pool equipped for children in the period between July and September and to the tennis courts.
Both floors are equipped with air conditioning.
Available for any information on beaches, typical restaurants, traditional festivals, riding stables for unforgettable horseback rides in the Mediterranean scrub and on the beach.
We recommend the use of a car to be able to visit the many wonderful beaches and the surrounding landscape as it is impossible to walk around.

We spent one week in this beautiful house, it is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, there is an extra shower outside which is great when you come back from the beach, there is a little garden and a nice patio for dinner. The house Is 5 mins away walking from food stores and town center and many different beautiful beaches ! Michele and his family were very welcoming and even took us on an amazing boat ride ! Thank you !!

Mikel was amazing! Great personality and gave us some food recommendations! He even upgraded our WiFi! The villa was well cared for and had everything we needed! We enjoyed Amazing mornings and late evenings sitting on the front porch. The proximity to downtown and supermarkets were all within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it! Thank you so much Mikel and Villasimius for an amazing family vacation!

We chose this villa based on the excellent reviews.
The communication between Nanda and ourselves, was good. She is a lovely woman who met us at the door upon arrival and showed us around and even messaged the following day to see if we had everything we needed.
The villa is spacious, the air con works very well and it's a nice place to relax away from the hustle and bustle.
However, there are lots of little things that could be improved to make this a better place to stay.
.The beds are VERY hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. Unfortunately this was probably the worst part of the stay as it gave all us bad back aches!
.There is no oven in the villa but there is a gas hob, a bbq and a microwave (in the living room.)
.There are 2 communal pools, located just over the road from the villa but they don't open until July (I'm not sure when they close), which we didn't realize so that was a little disappointing.
.The internet wifi is very temperamental, but I found if you turned it on and off by the plug every morning, it seemed to be ok for a while.
The area is nice, very quiet, a short walk to lots of restaurants, shops and 2 supermarkets.
We didn't hire a car but this didn't bother us as we only stayed for a week and enjoyed walking each day. The beach is between 45 minutes to an hours walk.
We would come to Sardinia again but stay in a different area next time as I think a week is all you need in Villasimius to see everything.
