Villa on three levels, in a prestigious residential complex with exclusive access to residents. Outdoor area with private parking for two cars, porch with barbeque and 6-seater table, outdoor shower with hot water, outdoor sink. Living room with sofa, armchair, table. The kitchen, cared for and equipped with everything necessary for a complete use, overlooks the living room with a large peninsula. two bathrooms. two bedrooms with 4 beds. There are air conditioners in every room, internet connection, SmartTV, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The house is 2 km from the nearest beach and 500 meters from the town center. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, tobacco bars and a pharmacy.

We had a great and relaxing stay at Marco’s house. He was very kind, helpful and easy to reach.The house was well equipped also with some beach toys for the kids. A plus would have been a baby chair, but we also didn’t asked for it.

The accommodation was very clean. Everything there we needed and also very tasteful. The nights were absolutely quiet - no traffic. The hosts were completely easygoing.
We had nice and relaxing holidays.

La casa, oltre ad essere bella, accogliente e confortevole, si trova all'interno di un contesto residenziale tranquillo e ordinato.

Wir erlebten den Gastgeber bereits vor und während der Ferien als sehr interessiert und hilfsbereit und ebenso unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt in einem Quartier mit einer Barriere bei der Zufahrt. Während unserer Ferien wahr es sehr ruhig. Supermarkt ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Zum Strand benögt man 30 min Fussmarsch. :-) Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Es ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen sorglosen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren sehr gerne dort und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank, Marco und herzliche Grüsse Marisa
