About this house rental
There is a very large, fully equipped kitchen which also has a breakfast table, ideal for your morning coffee. Adjacent is the laundry room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Just outside the kitchen is the purpose built barbecue area, making ‘al fresco’ dining, easy, fun and enjoyable. There is also an outside shower room with toilet, and for the more energetic a small gym room equipped with a treadmill, bicycle and triceps/biceps machine!
On the upper level are all the bedrooms; all beautifully decorated and spacious. There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, (1 with Jacuzzi), and a twin bedroom. Three of these bedrooms open onto the wide balconies that overlook the swimming pool and the magnificent views.
With the style and comfort of Villa Moniz, you will not be disappointed.

We have spent 2 weeks in this very spacious villa.
The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is not brand new but very well maintained. The house is equipped with everything you need and more (especially the kitchen has literally everything you could think of). The view is beautiful and the pool really great. We enjoyed the BBQ area quite a lot. Adriana was really nice and very helpful and very quick to respond whenever we had a question or something. The service was really above our expectations. One time there was an issue with the pool which was solved by Adriana within two hours!!!
We would definitely come back!

The communication was good, the house is spacious - we were a group of 9 and had plenty of space. The view over the ocean from the house/garden is amazing. Would like to come back one day.

Spacious, stunning views, comfortable, well equipped, friendly caretakers, great location are the best way to describe our stay of 8 adults. As indicated by others not the easiest to find but we did it the first time.
