Asten Realty staff were excellent I had difficulty operating TV but this was rectified fairly quickly

We were supposed to holiday for 28 nights in March, but due to the Covid 19 outbreak Spain was on lock down after only 7 days of us holidaying there. We were forced to leave early because of flight restriction back to UK. Our host Victor was extremely helpful in providing information on our options to cancel our stay. We returned home after only using only 11 nights I’d our stay. Asten Realty very kindly arranged a credit for any unused nights accommodation that we will definitely be using to rebook again after the crisis is back to normal. I cannot fault any part of our stay, especially the communication from Victor and highly recommend staying here.

Super-modern apartment with sea views from both sides of the property. The kitchen has new, modern appliances and an all-important coffee machine! (Buy capsules locally). The balcony overlooks the excellent new pool. Note that the aircon is apparently "broken", though it has power to it. We didn't need either heat or cool in December but not sure how hot the rooms get in summer. Supermarket very nearby, as are a handful of reasonable restaurants within 8 mins walk.

The apartment is modern and clean and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. This is a quiet building with a good sized swimming pool and none of the awful putting towels on sun beds for the day that you find elsewhere. The book exchange in the basement is a nice touch. Asten Realty are really easy to deal with, professional, helpful and check in is very straightforward. Happy to recommend.
