Lovely neighborhood with a really nicely made up place. The glass toped table concerned me for safety and breakability. The building is old and as such has very thin walls, but I was pleased with the consideratness of other guests.

I stayed for approximately 2 1/2 months and I had a great experience. The owner is very nice and respectful and the property was what I expected. The area is very nice and safe. Close to downtown but not too close and lots of places in the area.

A great location and comfortable apartment! We stayed 5 weeks. Garrett was really accessible, took care of anything we needed promptly and was flexible with us when we changed our checkout plans 3 times.
My husband really enjoyed the back fire escape/porch as a place to sit and enjoy the beautiful trees in the quiet backyard. Tower Grove Park is a gem, and just a block away.
The neighborhood is quiet, there’s a coffee shop and grocery store within walking distance.
