About this house rental
Check-in 2: P M or later. Check-out 11:00 AM. or earlier. The "Hill Cottage" has a fully stocked kitchen, large back deck, with table and chairs for outdoor smoking and dining outdoors. Pets? Yes- $20 per pet, per day.
Mediteranium show tub with glass tiles, triple shower heads, one being a large "rainshower". It has skylight windows, a newer pillowtop memory foam queen size mattress, and gleaming white faux marble ceramic floors. Completely private, quiet, restful, the perfectly clean place to relax and explore the delights of the Hill. Extra sheets and towels, blankets, a large walk-in closet to hang your clothes and store your suitcases out of sight. A huge T V. , Wifi, easy key entry, self check-in. Best privacy. Lush with plants, flowers, and greenery. Host available next door if you need help with anything. Plus we have "instant book" and we're moderate
with easy cancellations. There is a laundromat 2 blocks away. If you are pressed for time I could wash and dry and put your clothes on hangers for you.
Park on the street in the front of the brick-front house or nearby.
To enter the cottage, just walk up the short, lighted driveway and through the unlocked chain length small gate. At that point you can see the cottage. We like to briefly welcome new guests, but we also accommodate self check-in . If you choose to check yourself in, the key will be on the doorknob,. There is a lockbox on the gate providing a spare in case you lose your key or lock yourself out. (Code provided after booking, along with ph.#. ) wifi code is posted inside. Pay owner for pet fees- 20. per pet per night. Please bring cash and pay on arrival. Less for longer-term stays. See John, Mary, or Aimee. Welcome to "The Hill"!

We were in town one night for my Granddaughters Graduation from Washington University.We didn’t really use the kitchen other than to have coffee but it appeared they had everything we would have needed to cook. It was the perfect size for my husband & I. The hosts were gracious & welcoming, her son even helped carry our bags in. They had cold beverages in the fridge, & a lovely fruit bowl for us to snack on. There were also individual packets of oatmeal, a pop tart & a packet of cheese & crackers. So thoughtful for guests on the run! Several Italian restaurants & deli’s within walking distance however We didn’t get to sample any of the Italian restaurants while we were on the Hill, but we heard Mamas on the Hill is some of the best in St Louis. That gives us the perfect excuse to visit “ The Little Cottage on the Hill” again.

Excellence in hospitality! Quiet, clean, comfortable, complimentary drinks & fresh fruit. Great WIFI & Tv apps. Easy to access, convenient location & parking. Host was super chill. Highly recommend & will return.

Property was as how described, very clean. Communication with host was excellent. Be aware that there are a couple of very popular local restaurants nearby and parking can be challenging at peak times. Not a negative just something to be aware of because having those local restaurants nearby is definitely a plus! You should definitely check them out.
