We liked the location of the property. And it had plenty of places for us to all sleep. It felt like it was in a safe area. The contact person was very responsive and helpful with us. It had plenty of the necessities that you would need.
We felt it could have been a little cleaner. The shower curtain smelled kind of like mildew. They didn’t move the beds to sweep/clean under them. The stairs leading up to the property were not super clean. The instructions for the tv did not match up with the document that was sent. Someone parked in the allotted spot we were supposed to be in on our last night.

Fantastic property. Only 10 minutes from the zoo.. Mattress was a little thin and woke up stiff and the floors were not as clean as my wife likes. Those were both very minor. Everything else was amazing!

It was very convenient for me as it was close to my location that I needed to be at!
At first the heat was not working in the apartment, but they were kind enough to come and fix that issue for me! I appreciate that a ton!

It was spacious and everything was clean and organized, ready for our arrival. There was a washing machine and a dryer which came in handy as well!
The water heating has a bit of an issue at first, but everything was sorted out, so overall we were happy with our stay.
