This Big Bear home is located in the desirable area of Boulder Bay. Nearby the lake, Pleasure Point Marina, Boulder Bay Park, and local hiking trails. Just a short drive to the Village, ski resorts, golf course, Snow Play, Convention Center and more! ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, futon, seating area, TV with Roku, balcony, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed, TV with, and deck. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed and cable TV. Downstairs fourth bedroom located off the garage has 2 twin beds, TV and private bath. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, air hockey table, ping pong table and a pub style table with barstools. Smart TV, cable TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
