The house was beautiful and we were greeted at check in and showed all the details of the home. Anytime we had any questions we were responded to right away. It was the perfect place to spend our family vacation!

We took a family trip for a long weekend up to Big Bear and stayed at the Craftsman On The Lake. The home was beautiful, well-appointed, very spacious and true to its photos.We cooked dinner each night, and the kitchen had everything we could think of or ever need. The home had Sonos speakers inside and out, which was great for sharing music throughout the day and night. The home is also very close to a marina, where you can rent a pontoon boat for lake outings.Even with all of this, a true highlight of our stay was the attentiveness and responsiveness from Jessica (owner) and Lory (property manager). Every question and request was attended to promptly and professionally, with a friendly attitude and desire to ensure we had the perfect weekend. That level of service meaningfully upleveled our trip. Thank you both for a fantastic weekend!

I’ve been coming up to Big Bear at least once a year for the past 10 years and have yet to have stayed at a home as amazing as this one. I don’t even know where to begin. Jessica was extremely accommodating and even went out of her way to make our trip more enjoyable. Lory met us at the home and was extremely sweet and showed us everything around quickly. The home itself was so beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The layout of the home was extremely functional and everyone was so comfortable, no one wanted to leave! I’ve never been to a cleaner rental property, everything was spotless.The hospitality was also unlike anything I’ve experienced for a rental property. They even had supplies for smores, snacks, and a cheese board in the fridge for us. Jessica thought of everything and then some and you could see the love and care of this property in every corner of this home. We can’t wait to be back!

From the moment we arrived, it was wonderful. Easy check in and communication with the owner. (Property manager was recovering from surgery) The setup was great for our family reunion coming from 3 states. We did it all. Mountain biking, water sports, and amusements. We loved the extra fridge in the laundry for our drinks. The home is gorgeous and well laid out. Thank you Jessica, for giving us a place we could call home for a few days. We had everything we could possibly need.
