About this house rental
This beautiful 3 BR/2 BA bayside home keeps you coming back for more! It comes with an open floor plan with bay views, a cozy living area and fully equipped kitchen with seating at the bar, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom for relaxation, a private dock with a fish cleaning area and bench seating, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill to serve up the days catch. A public boat ramp is within walking distance along with two bayside restaurants and the Gulf Specimen Aquarium . Adventure awaits!
This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida . We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises. We offer a remote check-in option and provide you with the requirements to obtain the code to the lock box in the check-in message. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.
There are many local beaches with public access in the area, and the home is within walking distance to two waterfront restaurants, the Rock Landing Marina, a public boat ramp and the Gulf Specimen Aquarium, and just a few minutes from Bald Point, Ochlockonee River and Wakulla Springs State Parks. Walking distance to Woolley Park playground and walking trail.

Driving up to the Professor Fish House you’re greeted with many live oaks, large palm trees and a mix of flowering trees and shrubs. Beautiful fox ferns on either side of the main entrance welcome you. Parking under the house you see an outdoor kitchen complete with a great fish cleaning station (with night lighting). Stretching 130 yards out into Dickerson Bay is a magnificent dock you will not believe! If you love to fish, you don’t have to go far. Entering the house you see an open concept kitchen and a comfortable living room area. When you get to the master bedroom and bath, that will cinch it! Eagles fly by often and the moon rising between the palm trees is a memory you will not forget. Everything here is immaculate! The owners take pride in keeping things inside and outside perfect. There is a bird feeding station that will keep you occupied for hours (buy seed at Tractor Supply). If privacy is what you’re looking for you have found it! We have rented the Fish House every spring since 2019, and plan on having many more memories there. We are so glad we found it, I am sure you will be too!

All of our grand children enjoyed fishing on the dock!
The house had everything we needed to have a peaceful and pleasant vacation!! Location is excellent for us because we love St. George Island & Wakulla Springs. The nearby tiki hut was within walking distance. Will visit again!!

The stay at the house was great. There are a few minor things that I will report but overall an awesome stay. 1. You will get more repeat great renters if you offer first. Option to rent on the same days the folling year. 2. The box light in the kitchen over the bar area where the chairs are is going out. Flickers for aboutc10 minutes before it comes on. 3. The dryer. It took 3 to 4 cycles of drying per load. Hubby says the vent is clogged that goes to outside.
