About this house rental
This beach house has a relaxing view of Florida pines and the state park from the back door, and the beach a few steps from the front of the home. There are no visible neighbors on any side of the home, making it very quiet. The home comfortably sleeps 10 (6 adults and 4 children).
* Downstairs bedroom has one king bed.
* Downstairs sunroom has a daybed with a pull-out trundle bed.
* Upstairs Master bedroom has a queen bed.
* Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed.
* Upstairs loft has 2 built-in twin beds.
* A pack-n-play is available if you have a little one so you can pack a little lighter.
All 3 bathrooms have walk-in showers.
There is a full kitchen stocked with all the necessities. The dining area seats 6 and there are 4 barstools to sit at the counter. Want to sit on the screen porch and enjoy the fresh air? The patio table seats 6 and there are 4 stools at an outdoor counter.
In addition to a full kitchen, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a great view!
The property has a grassy fenced in yard for your dog and children to run and play. There is also a downstairs shower to rinse off when you come back from the beach!
Did you come to Alligator Point to fish? There is a fish cleaning station downstairs as well.
If you need some time indoors or it is a rainy day, the house has 3 TV's to enjoy a movie or streaming your favorite shows.
You will get a personalized code to unlock and lock the door. No worrying about keeping track of keys!

This was the most relaxing spot I’ve been to in Florida. With the beach in front and the state park in the back, it was the best of both worlds. We hardly saw another person our entire time there. Would absolutely recommend a visit to this location. The house was perfect and the fenced in yard for the dogs was an added benefit.

We have stayed at this home five times, and are already planning dates for our trip for next year. We love it here! It’s everything we have ever wanted, and more, from our family vacations.

We had a great vacation. Your beach house offered all the amenities we needed. Beach house was tastefully decorated and made us feel right at home. The beach was very close and coming back to the awesome and relaxing porch was the best. Not to mention the great grill area for great meals. We enjoyed the back yard scenery and sunsets. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us. We would love to return and spend more time. Very relaxing vacation.
