Relax with family and pets in this spacious Frisco-Little Elm town home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, attached garage and small privacy fenced area. Centrally located off the 423 and Dallas Parkway. Within minutes to Frisco, Lake Lewisville, Little Elm shoreline parks, walking & biking trails, dog parks, shopping, and great places to eat. The perfect getaway for work travel, temporary stays during home renovations, or family vacation.

Cook: The fully equipped kitchen has oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and Mr Coffee makers, and full size refrigerator. Please bring your own favorite K-pods. Full in-unit laundry room is situated on 2nd floor.
Relax: The living room with 65" Roku TV is great place for relaxing and hanging out.
Work: Two guestrooms have dedicated workspace with high speed Internet for video calls and privacy for focused work.
PETS: our home is pet friendly and 2 pets are allowed subject to a pet fee. We may consider 3 small dogs upon request. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless crated/kenneled.
For local walks check-out Beard Park, McCord Park Trail, or Wood Family Dog park. All excellent paths for walking, running, or biking.
