All of our Lakefront places here in Frisco, Texas are great while on a business trip or in between homes. This is the place! Sit on the porch of this fully furnished house and watch the wildlife migrating to the south for winter. The lake is still warm enough to swim and relax after a long day or week.
This house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Fully furnished. It has Smart TV in the living area and a Smart TV in each bedroom . Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed as well as a bunk with a full size on the bottom and twin on top.
Come stay at a waterfront property right down the Street from everything you need in your he City - no matter what brings you to the area. It is perfect for all ages who want to experience a comfortable house and its outdoor amenities in a great location. Bring your own boat if you would like. We have a dock that is located right behind that house that we share with our guests. It is also great for fishing and swimming. Bring your floats and cooler and come to relax.

Communication with the host was excellent,The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay with a very open spacious feel to it. The surrounding area was perfect for family entertainment such as throwing the football, croquet, frisbee and horseshoes. The fire pit at night and the Vista of the lake was outstanding! Jeri, The host and his other guests made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this property to anybody who wants to get away from it all.

We so enjoyed this peaceful slice of heaven. Jeri was an amazing host. Great communication. We needed a time of peace and quiet and we definitely found it in our stay. The view of the lake, the towering trees, and the wildlife we saw daily was wonderful.

My family had such a good time at the lake house that we were not ready to leave. We live locally and wanted a staycation before school starts. We were hoping for a house that sits right on a lake, in a quiet neighborhood, with a great view. That’s exactly what we got. This location is so convenient to all that Frisco has to offer but far enough away to feel like you’re in a rural area. Our family enjoyed the nearby beach in Little Elm and there are plenty of water toys to enjoy right on the property. We will be back.
