We have several lakefront houses, all right here together on this street. If a group wants more houses together on this waterfront, these work great if vacant. All of our Lakefront places here in Frisco, Texas are great while on a business trip or in between homes. This is the place! Sit on the porch of this fully furnished house and watch the wildlife migrating to the south for winter. The lake is still warm enough to swim and relax after a long day or week.
This house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Fully furnished. It has Smart TV in the living area and a Smart TV in each bedroom . Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed as well as a bunk with a full size on the bottom and twin on top.
Come stay at a waterfront property right down the Street from everything you need in your he City - no matter what brings you to the area. It is perfect for all ages who want to experience a comfortable house and its outdoor amenities in a great location. Get back to nature and have a campfire right out your door while surrounding yourself with nature. Kayaks, Canoe, Paddleboards are included at no extra cost. Boats available to rent on request.
Bring your own boat if you would like. We have a dock that is located right behind that house that we share with our guests. It is also great for fishing and swimming. Bring your floats and cooler and come to relax.

My husband and I stayed with our two dogs in this quiet getaway. The house was thoroughly cleaned and maintained by the staff (much appreciated!) Communication with Jerry was excellent and accommodating. Just one down side was the refrigerator, ice and water dispenser did not work. Other than that the stay was relaxing and peaceful.

We loved our stay! Everything we needed was provided from kitchen utensils and dishes, plenty of towels, a grill, and lots of room. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of our occultations as well as the hospitable host! We would definitely recommend to family and friends - we can’t wait to come back!

Rooms were clean and staff were very nice 😊👍 we brought our 2 dogs with us and we all had a great time !!!!

The host was fine stepped up when we needed things ,amenities fine .Kitchen is very dated ,dirty dishes in dishwasher, coffee pot adapter for kcups not available,bathroom cabinet and drawers need cleaning. Shower with bathtub needs a nonslip mat even a small grab bar .The towels old facecloths stained.8 clothes hangers jammed on side of dryer full of vent lint . I cleaned it because I needed the hangers! The only extra blanket had rips and tears in it probably a dog blanket? I’m sure it was a wrong choice of his several properties definitely not worth the money I paid ! All window sills in dining area dead bugs I cleaned them .Way over priced for low end property. Everything in the house was dated.
