Woods & seasonal Creek overlook from the house. 300 feet to the Pound and the green belt trial. In one of the most convenient area of the city. Pets friendly. Mere minutes from HWY 485, 51 and 77. Four miles to Lake Park (Highly recommend for kids), very close to Quail Hollow Golf Club, SouthPark Mall, Carolina Place Mall, Ballantyne, Uptown and CLT Airport. Good restaurants nearby! Exterior Cameras watch the property. No party, gathering or large noise. $800 penalty + ask to leave immediately with no refund.

Home accommodated 9 adults and 2 little people for stay. There was plenty of room for all without feeling of being over crowded. The area was quiet and peaceful with great access to local area. The walkout at ground level was accessible and only few steps away off the sitting room. The experience at property was pleasing and enjoyable.

Property was perfect for our family vacation. Quiet neighborhood. Centrally located near restaurants , shopping, Carowinds and other attractions. Would absolutely stay here again.
