The house is located minutes from Bank of America Stadium (Panthers), Time Warn Arena, and BB&T. Close to Blumenthal Arts Center, Visulite Theater, the Filimore, PNC Music Pavil and Amos'.bojangles arena.

We take great pride in making sure guest have an excellent stay. Bleach and cleaning supplies are left in every bathroom room in addition to top cleaning. Sheets and blankets are tossed and replenished regularly.
Guest Access - Entire House (11 total beds/2 air mattresses) recommended under 20 guest comfortably, past guest have slept over 30.
1st floor 3 private bedrooms : 1 full bed with bunk beds, 1 queen, 1 queen

2nd floor 2 private rooms : 1 king bed with walk in 8 ft shower, 1 queen jacuzzi tub
5 TV's
3rd level : 2 rooms 1 couch bed,1 full bed, 1full bath
2 blow up available note: (7th bedroom is the master that has a wrap around couch and couch bed)

Very good for wedding parties.. Extra mirrors, hair dryers, iPad entertainment surround sound center. Speakers throughout house, large deck, games. Tons of room and parking.
1.1 miles to Vanlandingham and 2.5 miles to Mcgill Rose.

Over 300k in remodels: The home was gutted and everything is new. All 3 levels have a separate ac/heating unit with controls. Two floors with a 3rd level two bed/bath

If police are called because of noise complaints and public disturbances, the contract is VOID and owner can have you kicked off the property immediately at his/her discretion!!! The owner/house manager/officer has the right to escort you off the premises if any of the contractual terms have been violated.

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's place in Charlotte. The house was very clean and as described in the listing. The house is in a great location - very walkable to Plaza Midwood with a lot of restaurants and shops, and easy to get to downtown also. Mike was a great host and communication was easy and responsive. He was able to accommodate a few requests that our group needed.The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The beds were comfortable, and although we didn't have time to enjoy it, the backyard looked like a great hang out spot.The layout of the house is:1st floor:- bedroom with full bed & bunkbeds- family room, dining area, & kitchen- 2 bedrooms (queen beds)- 1 full bathroom2nd floor:- king bedroom w/bathroom- queen bedroom w/bathroomOne step up to the '3rd floor':- bedroom / hangout room w/ queen bunkbeds, pullout sofa, and large sectional- small balcony- full bathroom- small bedroom, full bed (through the bathroom)One thing to note - because it is in a great location, the road noise was a little loud, especially on Saturday night. It would not stop me from rebooking the house, but something to note. If you have sensitive sleepers, I recommend bringing white noise.Overall a great house, a great location, and a friendly and responsive host. As I said, we would book again!

Very good location. Host was very helpful. We had a full crew and there was plenty of room. We wished the weather cooperated because the back yard is really nice. Good parking. Good neighbors. We would stay there again.

Home was clean and inviting. Everything that we needed to make it a comfortable stay were thought of and were present. Home has plenty of space and has been well cared for. The multiple spaces outside, both in the front and back, were a great bonus. Home was within walking distance of a nice area with restaurants and coffee shop. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
