First time I was asked for a picture of me holding my drivers license. I had to stop by office to show I D. Kitchen was nice. First time had to remove dishes from dishwasher instead of putting dishes in and turning on at checkout. Downstairs shared bathroom had mold on shower curtain. Carport lights would not come on and were not fixed during our stay.

It was a great place. My friends and I had a great time! A few items we thought that would make our stay even better would be having a few more extra towels, as well as having extra paper towels and hand soap for the bathrooms. Also during our stay we had a exterminator show up and that made us a bit uncomfortable as we were not informed that he would make an appearance. The internet on the last night also died and was not working. The AC on the bottom floor never actually cooled the place. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our stay and were appreciative of the ease of access to the house.

Needs an elevator ! We had 2 people that could not climb all those stairs.. Furnishing very cheap for that kind of price! Front sheet missing with WiFi password and info on the TV’s. I called Topsail Realty for the info and did not receive a call back till Monday afternoon...I found a small paper down stairs with the info.. 1 tv in the living room and 1 in the downstairs bedroom...with all that we had a great time as a family! Susie
