Guests can relax on the porch swing out of the sun with ocean breezes and a good book, or challenge your crew to a riveting game of ping pong.
Step inside and experience elegant coastal living, featuring hardwood floors, plantation shutters, and high-end furnishings throughout. The first level offers three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a separate office space, ideal for working remotely. Guests will love the second living area on this level, complete with a wet bar, under-counter fridge, and large TV—a perfect spot to unwind after a day on the beach. With a whole house water filtration system, you will always have fresh tasting water during your stay!
Ride the elevator or take the stairs to the top floor, where panoramic ocean views set the scene for unforgettable memories. The spacious living room is great for entertaining your entire group and seamlessly flows into the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, an ice maker, and a large kitchen island—everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals throughout your trip. The oceanfront dining area invites your group to gather for sunset dinners while listening to the soothing waves.
The primary master suite, located on the top floor, is a private oasis with a king-sized bed, spa-like ensuite bath, a walk-in shower, and ample closet space. A queen sleeper sofa is available for an additional sleeping area on the top floor. The three other bedrooms are located on the middle floor, the first two have a queen-size bed and the third has two twin bunk beds.
Linens are included and beds (with the exception of top bunks and trundles) will be made prior to your arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Property was outstanding--clean, well maintained, and had its own walkway to the beach. The rooms were well decorated and all the fixtures and appliances were excellent. The property is pricey, so be aware. Also, you have to bag your sheets, towels, etc., when you leave. First time we ever had to do that. But the place is excellent. If we had one gripe, it's that they do not allow early check-in no matter if the house is ready or not. Big negative.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Coastal Dharma. Without a doubt it was the best house I have rented in the past 15 years in Topsail Beach,NC. The house was very clean, and the service from Landmark Rentals was superb especially identifying Buchanan's professionalism. Providing beach towels was such a nice touch, especially with grandchildren. What a great idea! We rate this house and your service with 5 Stars in all categories. We plan to rent it again in the future!! Thank you!!
