About this house rental
Ocean front 5 bedroom/ 3.5 bath with reverse floor plan (Kitchen and Master Bedroom on top floor). House is loaded with Elevator, Ice Maker, Hardwoods throughout, 2 Outdoor Showers and 4 Captains Chairs on top deck. Gorgeous views of the entire island as well as the Topsail Sound. Home sleeps 12-14. Four of the five bedrooms face the ocean. King bed in the master bedroom, 3 queens and sets of 2 bunks in the back bedroom. There is also a queen pull out sofa in living area. Smart HDTV's with cable and wifi in each bedroom. (No cable box in bunk bed room - only Wi-Fi for Netflix etc.) We have Wi-Fi all over the house. The house has a washer and dryer for guest to use. The house is great but renters should be aware that he main bedroom on the top floor and one of the bedrooms on the second floor do not have access to a closet as the closets in those rooms are locked and reserved for the owner

We have been renting beach cottages on Topsail Beach for 32 years and Margaritaville is the best one we have been privileged to occupy! It is extremely well laid out, is well appointed, has the best view of the beach by far, and the elevator made it a breeze to get all our stuff in and out!!! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Every VRBO I have rented has always had linens. I think the description should explicitly say linens are not included. Having information about a linen company on the refrigerator is a little late.
