The house was well appointed, clean and such a great layout. We loved spending time on the back porch in the mornings with coffee and in the evenings with cocktails. The location is ideal, just a few minute walk to the beach and once on the beach it was not very crowded. Larry was so quick to respond to my questions and very attentive. We will definitely stay at "Cleared To Land" again!

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! My family and two other families stayed here for a long weekend recently and it was absolutely perfect. It is a new construction house, immaculately clean, and had plenty of space for three families. Bonus is that it’s a short walk to an uncrowded beach. There is an elevator, which was very convenient. Just be sure to follow the instructions posted for it. There’s an outdoor shower and hose to spray off all of the sand afterwards at the back of the house. They have a few beach chairs, beach towels, and a bunch of sand toys for the kids. Everything was thoughtfully provided and laid out. The bunk beds were so cute and our kids loved sleeping in them! They had shower gel, shampoo, paper supplies, laundry and dish detergent pods, and plenty of toilet paper. The appliances were top notch and very useful, especially the ones in the kitchen if you plan to cook there. One thing to note is that they have an induction stove, so only certain types of pots and pan could be used on it. For example, we brought an aluminum bottom griddle to cook pancakes for the kids and found out it was useless on that type of cooktop, but they had some small stainless steel pans we used instead. We were already talking about booking again for next year. I contacted Larry a couple of times before and during our trip with questions and he was quick to respond. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this place for a large group!
