Surrounded by forest, you ll enjoy daily sightings of wild bucks, mule deer, and javelinas, along with the soothing sounds of the water feature on the backyard patio. Step out onto over 50 hiking trails within walking distance, or take our private trail down to the Oak Creek Canyon and the Raven Caves. At night, unwind in the hot tub under a sky filled with stars.

House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

The home was as beautiful as we had expected. Very private, quiet and secluded. The downtown area was just a short drive away. The views are spectacular and with all the floor to ceiling windows, it brings that view indoors as well! All the towels and linens were very nice and the beds super comfy. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well, including the hot tub and fire pit. The multiple gardens were fun to walk through too. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay there. Highly recommend!

The house and grounds were prestige. House was beautifully decorated and well stocked. Easy access to Oak Creek via the trail and great directions provided to the caves.
