Spread across a single, easy level with vaulted ceilings and skylights pulling Sedona's famous light deep into the living space, the home opens onto red rock views that shift color through the day and a covered patio made for long, unhurried afternoons on the sofa.
The layout was made for a crowd. A full kitchen anchors the heart of the house, with a breakfast table for four just off the counters and a larger dining table that seats six when everyone gathers in the evening. Out back, the grill and covered lounge keep the cooking and the conversation outdoors, while a private hot tub waits for the end of a long day on the trails.
For the restless, this is a house that earns its keep. There's a billiards table for a post-dinner tournament, ping pong and foosball when the competition heats up, and a dedicated gym with weights, a treadmill, and an elliptical for anyone keeping a routine on the road.
